Q. I don't have much storage space, how much room will your staging take up in storage?
The diameter of a spiral storage shuttle is 1.07m so you won't require a vast area to store your UniSTAGE.
Q. What is the difference between flat and multi-level staging?
Flat stages offer a single level stage, however a multi level set can be configured both as a flat stage or a tiered arrangement.
Q. How long will delivery take and how much will it be?
Delivery of standard orders is on average 3-4 weeks, however we will endeavour to meet your deadline and will give prior notice of delivery dates. Delivery charge is dependent on area, please see our delivery charges here.
Q. Will you show us how to put our stage together or simply dump it on us and leave?
We personally deliver your staging and give full training at the time of delivery. We like to ensure every customer is completely satisfied before we leave.
Q. What heights of staging are available?
Standard base frames are available in heights of 180mm, 360mm and 540mm. We also offer stacker frames which can be used with the base frames to create different heights. Additionally we can cater for any bespoke requirements as all of our products are manufactured ‘in-house’.
Q. Do I have to buy one of your staging sets or can I pick and choose what components I buy?
The option is completely yours. You are able to pick and choose exactly which components you require, or tailor a standard set to suit your needs. UniSTAGE staff are always on hand to offer help and advice, or alternatively we would be delighted to arrange a site visit to discuss your requirements and advise you on the best solution for the space you have available.
Q. How do the units fit together? Will I need special tools to assemble my stage?
UniSTAGE requires no tools for assembly and our units simply link together with steel UniLINKS for added strength.
Q. Do you do demonstrations of your products?
Yes, all of our demonstrations are free of charge. Please call a member of our team who will be happy to arrange a date and time convenient for you. Alternatively we exhibit at a number of locations throughout the year, please pop along to meet us.
Q. I want to add to my current fixed stage, can you do bespoke heights?
Yes, all of our staging is manufactured ‘in-house’ to ensure we can meet any bespoke requirements.
Q. What colours are available for drapes and valances?
We offer a choice of colours, please see here for the options.
